Train Smart 2009 Review

Pete Sisco has developed a better way to lift weights and build muscle.

In good 10 weeks of Static Contraction, trainees (who were hardcore bodybuilders who had been lifting “overweight” for a farseeing time and averaged about 38 age of age) achieved the following ordinary gains: (If you are youthful or hold been training less than these hardcore lifters, you’ll potential do better.)

  • * a 51.3% gain static strength
  • * a 27.6% gain in one-rep max in full range of gesture. (without doing full range lifts for 10 weeks!)
  • * a 34.3% gain in ten-rep max in full range of gesture! (see above)
  • * gained 9.0 pounds of new muscle (one theme gained 29 pounds of muscle.)
  • * lost 4.9 pounds of fat * lost 0.4 inches on waistline * gained 1/2 in on each biceps
  • * gained 1.1 inches on chest
  • * gained 1.2 inches on shoulders

All of this was done with workouts containing less than 2 ½ transactions of exert. Have you had muscle sizing and strength gains care the above in the last 10 weeks?
